Start automating your QuickBooks workflows

Get started in 4 easy steps

Connecting QuickBooks to Google Sheets with G-Accon is simple and fast. Follow these steps to automate your reporting and streamline your accounting processes.

Install G-Accon

Open Google Sheets -> Extensions -> Add-ons. Search for G-Accon and install G-Accon for QuickBooks. Accept all required Google permissions.

Connect to QuickBooks

Select the QuickBooks Sign In menu to establish a secure connection between Google Sheets and QuickBooks. You can connect multiple QuickBooks entities and use the Switch Company menu option to navigate between your companies or clients.

Create Templates

Navigate to G-Accon for QuickBooks -> Get Accounting Data/Reports -> Formatted Reports. Choose from available reporting templates, set desired parameters (e.g., date range, accounts, locations, classes), and click execute to save the template and generate a report.

Automate

Select Create Workflow to schedule Automatic Data Refresh (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly) and set up Email notifications for multiple recipients. You can also configure Alerts based on your specific business criteria.
