G-Accon for QuickBooks:
As all of you know QBO used to have only one Prime Admin person per QuickBooks organization who has an access to every part of the QuickBooks account including the connected applications such as G-Accon.
QBO has recently implemented the "Add Accountant User" feature, enabling accounting firms to gain access to their clients' company financial data. This feature allows accountants to review books, make corrections, and collaborate on any issues. Accountant users also have the additional privileges, including the ability to undo entire reconciliations, reclassify transactions, write off invoices, and leverage third-party tools such as G-Accon.
Locate a detailed set of instructions providing step-by-step guidance on how to Add accountant users in QuickBooks Online.
Upon adding a new accountant user or accountant firm to the QBO file, they should be able to install the G-Accon for QuickBooks add-on and assist client company with all financial matters.
G-Accon provides an additional feature called "Add Standard User" allowing multiple individuals to collaborate on the same QBO file. The QBO Prim Admin can choose "Full Access" or "Read Only" privileges when adding a standard user, thereby granting team members the ability to simultaneously access QBO company files.
"Full Access" allows a user to download and upload data to and from the QBO file, granting complete control over the QBO company file.
"Read Only" permits a user to download data from the QBO company file only, without the ability to upload or make any changes.
