✅ Unable to Upgrade My License or Change My Payment Method
You need to select the Buy/Manage License menu option in Google Sheets under G-Accon to modify your license, add or remove organizations or users, enable white label, etc.
✅ Not Able to Refresh Reports When Clicking “Refresh”
When generating reports with a large volume of data, you may experience a Google timeout. To avoid this, please set up automatic refresh, which allows larger data volumes to be downloaded into Google Sheets.
✅ Automation Stopped Working
🔄 How to Reset the Auto Refresh Trigger in G-Accon
1. Open your Google Sheet connected to G-Accon.
2. Click G-Accon → Tools → Manage Auto Refresh Process.
3. Disable the active process and click Save.
4. Enable it again and click Save.
This will reset the Google trigger and may resolve refresh or sync issues.

This issue occurs when multiple Google accounts are signed in at the same time. Signing out of all accounts and using the default Google account for G-Accon restores access to the add-on and enables a successful report refresh.
