Batch Cloud Template is a common feature in Xero and QuickBooks
With this feature, users can create and run multiple templates at once, which can be especially useful for automating repetitive tasks and workflows.
For example, users can create a batch of templates to automatically import invoices, expenses, or other financial data from multiple sources into their Google Sheets. They can also use batch templates to export data from their Google Sheets to their accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
Batch Cloud Template is a powerful tool that can save time and reduce the risk of errors for accounting and finance professionals who use G-Accon. It allows users to automate complex tasks and workflows in a single step, and to process large volumes of data quickly and efficiently.
In order to generate multiple reports for the selected organization you need to select Extensions -> G-Accon for Xero (or G-Accon for QuickBooks)-> Load Cloud Template -> Batch Cloud Template.
Then select the needed templates and click on the "Execute" button.
All requested accounting reports will be generated in separate google sheets tabs.
