Take control of your QuickBooks budgeting directly from Google Sheets with G-Accon’s Budget module.

Create new budgets, use actuals or existing budgets as a starting point, build monthly, quarterly, yearly, and subdivided budgets, make changes directly in Google Sheets, and upload them back to QuickBooks.

You can also consolidate multiple budgets across different years, classes, locations, and customers—all from one familiar Google Sheets environment.

G-Accon Introduces the New Budget Module

The new Budget module in G-Accon for QuickBooks makes it easy to create, modify, upload, and consolidate budgets directly in Google Sheets.

With the Budget module, you can:

• Create new budgets in Google Sheets and upload them directly to QuickBooks.
• Generate budget templates using actuals or existing budget data.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets.
• Modify existing QuickBooks budgets in Google Sheets and upload the updated figures back to QuickBooks.
• Create Subdivided Budgets by Class, Location, or Customer.
• Generate separate budget templates for selected customers, classes, or locations.
• Upload subdivided budgets to QuickBooks and verify them directly in QuickBooks.
• Consolidate multiple budgets in Google Sheets, including budgets from different years, classes, locations, and customers.

With G-Accon for QuickBooks, you can manage the entire budgeting process from Google Sheets in just a few clicks.

✅ G-Accon for Xero

External G-Accon API

An external G-Accon API has been introduced for Xero users. It allows you to trigger automations from outside the G-Accon product — for example, directly from your own systems, third-party platforms, or custom workflows built on tools like Zapier, Make, or your own backend services.

With the external API, you can programmatically initiate report runs, data syncs, and scheduled exports without needing to open Google Sheets or interact with the G-Accon add-on manually. This is especially useful for teams that want to embed G-Accon automations into broader business processes — such as triggering a Xero data refresh after a month-end close, or syncing financial data as part of a larger ETL pipeline.

The API is open and fully documented, making it straightforward to integrate into any environment that can send HTTP requests. Authentication is handled securely via your existing G-Accon credentials. See how it works in the short interactive video below.
