Generate your KPI Dashboard

Link your G-Accon Google Spreadsheet to Claude. Get a full financial dashboard in seconds — no exports, no downloads.
Find Google Drive in the list of available integrations and click Connect.
A Google sign-in window will appear — sign in with the Google account that owns your G-Accon spreadsheet.
Grant Claude permission to access your Google Drive files.
You'll be redirected back to Claude. Google Drive will show as Connected.
🔒 Claude only reads files you explicitly open in a conversation. It does not scan or store your entire Drive.

Open your G-Accon Spreadsheet in Claude
Step 3 — Start a new conversation
Click New chat in the Claude sidebar.
Type the following message and press Enter:
Open Google Spreadsheet G-Accon Claude
💡 Replace "G-Accon Claude" with the exact name of your spreadsheet. You can also say "Open my G-Accon QuickBooks spreadsheet" and Claude will find the closest match.
Step 4 — Verify the file is open
Claude will respond with a summary including sheet names (Profit And Loss, Balance Sheet, DetailedTransactions, etc.) and the date range.
If Claude can't find the file, check the spreadsheet name or try a partial name.
Confirm Google Drive is still connected under Settings > Integrations.
Ensure the file is in your own Google Drive (not shared from someone else's Drive).

Step 5 — Paste the KPI Dashboard prompt
Once the spreadsheet is open, paste the prompt below into the chat. It's pre-configured for G-Accon LLC — adjust the company details if needed.

Step 6 — Ask follow-up questions

Refresh the dashboard monthly
G-Accon automatically syncs your QuickBooks data into the spreadsheet on your chosen schedule. To get an updated dashboard after a sync:
Trigger a sync in G-Accon (or wait for the automated schedule to run).
Start a new Claude chat and type: Open Google Spreadsheet G-Accon Claude
Paste the KPI dashboard prompt from Part 3 above.
Claude reads the latest data and regenerates the full dashboard automatically.

Claude cannot find the spreadsheet
Check Settings > Integrations and confirm Google Drive is connected. Try the exact spreadsheet name.
Google Drive disconnected
Go to Settings > Integrations and reconnect Google Drive. You may need to re-authorize.
Dashboard shows outdated data
Trigger a manual sync in G-Accon first, then open the spreadsheet in a new Claude chat.
Charts or dashboard do not render
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, ask Claude to "regenerate the KPI dashboard."
Claude says it cannot read the file
Ensure the spreadsheet is in your own Google Drive (not a shared drive) and that you granted full access during setup.
