Upload New Budget in QuickBooks
Pre-Fill Data
Before uploading modified budgets, review account values in Google Sheets and verify all required fields are complete. This prevents upload errors and maintains GL accuracy.
The budget is now ready to be uploaded to QuickBooks.
After clicking Create Budget in QuickBooks, Configure your upload settings in the prompt below. Review your budget report to verify accuracy, then click Upload to synchronize your modified budget to QuickBooks.:
Change Budget Name: Before creating the budget, you can update the budget name.
After clicking Create, your budget report automatically uploads to QuickBooks.:
